Thank you for your patience and understanding through these difficult times.
ERA FC have been working hard to start the outdoor practices in a very safe way.
We will be able to start outdoor training at the Medinah Church location while the medinah park district fields will remain close in the phase 3.
All of our leagues have now officially canceled the spring season.

With Illinois moving into Phase 3 in June, ERA FC will finally be able to have small group training sessions outdoors starting June 8.
These practices are optional and are for families who are comfortable with returning to play at this time.
The safety of our players and ERA FC families are our number one concern.
We will adhere to all return to play guidelines recommended by the CDC, Restore Illinois plan, US Soccer, and Illinois Youth Soccer Association.
Each practice will be limited to 9 players and a coach (10 people total). Players will be asked to maintain a minimum of 6 feet social distancing at all times.

Because we can only have 9 players at each training session, all players must notify the manager about their participation before June 8.

The new playing year begins in August, only players that have registered for the 2020-2021 season may participate in these training sessions.

IMPORTANT: We will require a Communicable Disease Waiver. This must be submitted before a player can attend a training session. Find attached the waiver.

As we continue to look forward to the rest of the summer, we are hopeful that Illinois will move into Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois plan in the month of July. This will allow us to have larger groups and possibly scrimmages within our own club and/or local clubs. If Illinois moves into Phase 5 of the Restore Illinois plan in the month of August, this will allow us to have our Pre-Season Camps. Again, this will all depend on the governor moving Illinois through the different phases. Given the changing pandemic environment, these guidelines may change at any time. ERA FC is dedicated to protecting the health and safety of our players and families. We will adhere to all CDC, state and local government guidelines.
•We anticipate sending out a separate email within the next 4 weeks regarding the player registration 2020-2021 specifics.
•While managing the present, we must look at planning for the fall. We will introduce 2020-2021 registration link soon.
•We are not asking for a financial commitment at this time. We just need to know if your son/daughter plan to return in the fall.
•If your player will not be returning, please let your coach know ASAP.
We know many of you may have questions moving forward. We encourage you to send them to mailto:manager@erafc.us
We will collect them and publish responses on a regular basis.

Thank you for your cooperation to protect our soccer family,

ERA FC
